One of my favorite, easiest ways to make homemade popsicles is to make an extra big green smoothie (or, simply drink a little less) then use the remaining to pour into popsicle molds. Simply freeze and then pull out to enjoy a healthy snack on a hot summer's day. The best thing about this snack is that it is all raw, full of wonderful enzymes and nutrients and the kids love it! No need to worry about artificial colors or preservatives. These are just as fun as a regular popsicle and much better for you! My husband and I also enjoy these!
This particular popsicle probably included spinach, a mix of berries, a banana, flax seed, yogurt, and coconut oil. Yum!
