I have had a bit of a sweet tooth lately. Maybe it's the holiday season or maybe it's a good way to keep me sane with three little ones to tend all day! I thought I'd share some of our recent loves.
These would be wonderful treats to make during this holiday season where we tend to load up on sweets. Why not indulge with sweets that taste incredible yet are super healthy and full of wholesome ingredients? You can trade these for the white sugar, white flour, and trans fat laden treats that are so abundant this time of year. No need to feel guilty with these. The best part is these are all GAPS legal, woohoo! Seriously, try them all. You won't believe how good they are!
WOW! It really tastes like caramel. It's delicious with apples. And even carrots too! As I was eating it, I couldn't help but think "Wow, look at what you can create from nature's own whole ingredients!"
I made this cake for my baby's blessing day. It was delicious. Super moist and light. It tasted so good...I would have never guessed it wasn't a traditional chocolate cake.
These cookies are incredible! They were so easy to make. When I first tasted them, I was trying to put my finger on what they reminded me of. I thought perhaps a snickerdoodle? Then, my husband said "An oatmeal cookie!" And that is exactly it! They totally taste like oatmeal cookies, right down to the texture. Try them...they're amazing.
These were delicious. I sent them to preschool when my son had to take snacks and everyone loved them. They were really sweet, almost like a cupcake. For a muffin, next time, I'll decrease the sweetener considerably. They are delicious!
