. All I did was double the recipe and use it as a crust for the pizza. It was delicious! It is extremely cost effective, easy, and the best gluten free pizza I've had! I love that it's grain free too. I'm excited to serve my family pizza again. You can make this dairy free (Romano cheese is made from Sheep's milk) but it will be slightly crispier. Makes two cookie sheet sized pizzas
Double batch of
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Follow the directions to make brazilian cheese bread, making sure to double the recipe. When the dough is smooth and mixed together, pour it into the cookie sheets dividing it in half. Smooth it out on each pan and bake for 13 minutes. Remove from oven, place toppings, and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes. When the pizzas are done, let them rest for a few minutes, then cut and enjoy!
