Mood Management: Finding Natural Solutions to Anxiety, Stress, and Depression

I have dealt with depression and anxiety for most of my life and it has only been in the last 3 years that I've been mostly free of it. I credit this to tons of inner work and therapy, a very healthy diet, meditation, and natural remedies!

I'm really excited to share some of the things that have helped me so much on my path of healing - I know it's possible for you too!

This class will be co-taught by me and Jenna from Jenna's Kitchen! It is going to be a very fun, informative class that you can enjoy FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME! Yes, that's right! You can be in your PJ's and enjoy! It will take place on Facebook - all you have to do is leave your email and we will send you an invite! A Facebook account is required to participate. Since we are limiting enrollment in order to be able to interact and answer questions rapidly, this class is open to current members of the Jenna's Kitchen doTerra team or those who may be new to essential oils or do not have a wholesale account with doTerra.
